Who installs a paper towel dispenser in this awkward place? Only the people I work with. Not that it is in the way or anything…

YOu know, that's actually very worrisome. What's going on under that workstation anyway? Makes me think of the server room with a gross of wet wipes stored in the shelving. Begs the question, but why???
